We went here for a late lunch and were seated quickly. There are a lot of food options to choose from, and our food came out fast. Everything was delicious! We were able to finish our meal within an hour, which was great. Our server, Marie, was very nice and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

We visited So Hot Hotpot for my daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful first hotpot experience. The staff was extremely helpful, explaining how hotpot works, what to order, and how long to cook each item. Their service was excellent from start to finish. We chose the All-You-Can-Eat option and enjoyed the Tom Yum and vegetable soups. Cooking the food ourselves with noodles and rice was a unique and fun dining experience. The food and desserts were both great. The highlight was the birthday surprise from the staff, which made my daughter’s day extra special. Even on a Wednesday, the restaurant was full, showing how popular it is. Great food, great service, and great memories. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🍲😊

Finally got to try my first time here with my best friend and we had an awesome time! The first person we met was Jun and he was so polite and kind! Checked our reservation and had us seated immediately and made sure we felt comfortable before our server came. Gio was our server and he was really nice and SO helpful because we had no idea what to do! He explained the ENTIRE menu, answered all of our questions and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying everything and to fill our drinks and broth. The mango tea with Boba was delicious and the extra mango fruit I added was cut into cute little stars! We both got yummy tea and it was nice that we could try whatever we wanted to because we had noooo idea what would be good. It was fun getting to cook everything ourselves and everything came to the table double portioned so don't over order!! There were some things that were a little bland and I think the menu would be awesome to have more appetizers or desserts but other than the second half of our table not working, we had an awesome first time and really enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere!

Came here for lunch and it completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and high quality. The atmosphere was perfect for a midday break. But what really made the experience stand out was our server Gio attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. He made our lunch feel special, not just a quick meal. Definitely coming back!
